CURRENTLY READING:

ALBUM OF THE WEEK:

Once in a while an album appears that immediately takes you aback and you fall in love with it. The album I allude to is Big Thief’s Two Hands (via 4AD) that sees this indie rock folk quartet combine some of the best simmering folk rock music and intimate songwriting I’ve heard in a while.

RECENTLY WATCHED:

It’s true there is beauty to be found in every movie. Recently I watched the critically panned (hardly no one has anything nice to say about) Suicide Squad. In short, its a curious entry into the greater DC universe, especially because it focuses on a bunch of supervillians rather than heroes.
